Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are accepted within 6 hours of placing an order. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed to the original payment method in [ 0 - 96 hours ].

Replacement Policy: Tupberry guarantees product quality. In the event of any damage during transit, a replacement will be provided.
To request a replacement for a damaged product, please contact our customer support with relevant details and images within [ 0-12 hours ]. Video for the damage is required.


How to Cancel an Order: Log in to your Tupberry account.
Navigate to the order history section.
Locate the order to be cancelled and follow the provided cancellation instructions.


Refund Process: Refunds for eligible cancelled orders will be processed within [ 0- 96 hours ].
The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method used during the order placement.


Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to product damage.
For damaged products, Tupberry will provide a prepaid return label.
